Kconfig: Replace WANT_GPIO_BITBANGING with individual options

Browse source 
Support setting individual options instead of one global option (
WANT_BUTTONS, WANT_TMCUART, WANT_NEOPIXEL, WANT_PULSE_COUNTER,
WANT_HX71X).
